On December 25, 2023, at the biweekly meeting of İmece Association in Öztürk Hotel (Çorlu, Tekirdağ), a great presentation titled "Everything About Real Estate" was made, attended by Park Casa managers and Erkan Özgür, their solution partner (Çağdaş Invest).

Architect Hanife Nuray Öztürk on zoning law and practices, and Lawyer Ayhan Civan on real estate law added color with their informative contributions to the presentation which started at 19:00 and was moderated by Koray Arda Tezcan, one of the founding partners of Park Casa Realty.

After the presentation, the question and answer session took place with Erkan Özgür, who is also the Chairman of the Auditing Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Realtors.
